Our team is looking for an experienced and well-organized B2B Development Manager to provide necessary support to the Sales Team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for sales managers and business partners alike, by coordinating sales and advertising activities. You will be responsible for the strategy, acquisition, management and performance of specified markets and products. You will oversee all aspects of the media buying program and monetization including growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities:

• Become an expert within our markets. This includes; understanding the potential users, being aware of any new or existing competition, demonstrating an expert knowledge of the markets? traffic and sources

• Develop new business partnerships and support their integration into internal system, set up conversion tracking processes (callback integration)

• Actively seek out, contact and negotiate media deals with sites, networks and traffic providers

• Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from existing media deals

• Monetize all incoming traffic using internal and on occasion, external offers

• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for consumer and performance based marketing and traffic generation in mobile internet, maintain strong understanding of current digital trends

• Manage performance marketing activities and affiliate campaigns via internal software system, monitor offer and product promotions

• Prepare calculations of advertising metrics (CPM, CPA) to regularly update sales team, deliver weekly reports

• Manage daily communication with business partners, affiliates, media buyers, and networks, ensure timeliness and accuracy of provided information


• Previous experience in online marketing, digital media sales or advertising experience with a proven track record preferably from digital media, internet or affiliate management

• Technical understanding of the mobile internet industry

• A team player with high level of dedication, determination and goal orientation

• Good verbal and written communication skills, excellent command of English language, German language is a plus

• Competitive personality and transactional sales skills

• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence key decisions makers
