Our partner is one of the leading airline groups in the world. It has recently rolled out an invoicing application to digitize the expense management process for the airlines staff. Now, we are looking for a new team member for the Application Support team.
Responsibilities in general:
- Operation of business applications and reporting
- Management of the RPS/SAP/SIRAX interfaces
- Providing functional support for the business applications
- Being in contact with other Software Operators and Developers within the company
- Change and Incident management
- Participating in the testing of new developments

The daily tasks involve the following:
- Master data management and 1st line help desk
- 1st line functional support for the airlines other systems
- Report generation in Qlikview
- Access management
- System Interface management

- Secondary education in economic informatics or informatics, OKJ IT system management
- At least intermediate level of English language skills, both in writing and speaking
- ERP system operation and support experience; experience with SAP is an advantage
- MS Windows 2008 Server and MS SQL 2012 server operating skills, experience in user management
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- IT network infrastructure skills
- Ability and willingness to work in a team, good communication skills
