Munka leírása, feladatok

Location: Lakeside Park, Bratislava, Slovakia

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, covering 8 hours shifts from 13.00 to 1.00

(13:00-22:00, 14:00-23:00, 15:00-24:00, 16:00-1:00)

Key responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Answer in-bound support related phone calls

• Provide support for all U-Verse products through customer interaction and the use of the industry leading diagnostic tools.

• Maintain customer relationship management

• Handle inquiries from customers related to services, network coverage, features, handsets & devices, accessories, repair & troubleshooting, billing and rate plans service activations and changes.


To apply for this role you must have:

• Advanced English skills (written and verbal) - B2/C1 level

• A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving

• Ability to work in multi-cultural global environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good organization and attention to detail skills

• A willingness to work 24/7 - current 8-hours shift schedule from 13.00 to 1.00

• Basic knowledge of communication technology (e.g. media, internet, telephony)

• Customer facing experience

• Experience of team working

Expected start date:

Successful candidates will be expected to start in January/February 2019

Salary details:

The base salary is from 1100 to 1370 EUR gross/a month depending on your level of English, work experience and technical skills.

The final salary might be higher based on the shift schedule (working 19.00-22:00 = 25% uplift per hour and 22.00-1.00 = 38% uplift per hour).

The later shift you work the higher the uplift you get. For example the uplift to the base salary 1100 EUR might be from 100 to 300 EUR per month when working evening and night shifts.
